Developing independently research questions and conducting appropriate measuring experiments - that is the core of the two-week field trip at Fehmarn. The following questions have been tackled this year by eleven students: Are we exposed to higher UV insolation at the beach? Can we derive a shadow map from cloud camera images? How does the boundary evolve during daytime at the coast?
A TV team has nicely documented the working practice at the field trip. The answers to all research questions will be presented at a poster session at 16th October in room 1635 (Geomatikum).
